INGREDIENTS
½ cup mashed cooked sweet potato
¼ cup canned coconut milk, shake well before using
¼ cup low-sodium vegetable broth
½ tsp. ghee (organic grass-fed, if possible) or butter alternative
½ tsp. curry powder
¼ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
¼ tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. raw honey
1 pinch ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS -
1. Combine sweet potato, coconut milk, broth, ghee, curry powder, salt, onion powder, applesauce, honey, and cinnamon in medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes, or until heated through. Enjoy!
