Prep time - 10 minutes
Yield - 9 cups
INGREDIENTS -
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
Peanut butter (as desired)
INSTRUCTIONS -
1. In a bowl, mix together cocoa powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup until creamy.
2. Put silicone paper liners onto a cookie sheet.
3. Use a teaspoon to drop chocolate mixture into the cups. Lift and drop cookie sheet to help the chocolate flatten, if needed.
4. Use a teaspoon to drop peanut butter on top of the chocolate, amount as desired.
5. Add an additional teaspoon of chocolate on top of the peanut butter.
6. Place in freezer for at least 20 minutes to harden. Store in fridge or freezer, enjoy!
