Skinny Peppermint Mocha Superfood Shake

Yes, this Superfood shake really does have COFFEE! Enjoy a little dash of Christmas with your superfoods.

1 scoop Chocolate Superfood powder

4 oz unsweetened almond milk

2-3 drops peppermint extract

6-8 oz cold coffee

1 cup ice


For the best taste experience, use a blender. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Feel free to use any kind of milk or milk substitute (almond, rice, or coconut milk) - the more milk, the creamier it gets.
