Healthy, simple, fast, and delicious! This simple banana bread recipe makes a delicious breakfast or snack. The fruity flavor of blueberry makes this recipe one of my favorites.
INGREDIENTS
4 ripe bananas
2/3 cup cane sugar
4 tablespoons water
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan. (I use avocado oil spray.)
In a large bowl, mash bananas.
Add sugar and water; mix well.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt.
Transfer dry mixture to wet mixture. Mix well.
Add in the blueberries; fold in.
Transfer to loaf pan and even out the mixture, making sure any blueberries are pushed in and not sitting on top.
Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick can be stuck in the middle of the loaf and come out clean.
Let cool before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
