Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe


Get your Starbucks pumpkin spice fix the healthy way and without the high price!

Yield -

1 ¼ cups of Syrup

1 cup of Pumpkin Spice


Portion Control Containers -

1 Yellow

1 tsp


Ingredients -

Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup:

  • 1 cup raw sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Pumpkin Spice Latte:

  • 1 hot cup of your favorite coffee

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup (or to taste)


Instructions -

To make the Pumpkin Spice Syrup:

  1. In a small pot over low heat, combine all ingredients, stirring occasionally until sugar is fully dissolved.

  2. Remove from heat and let cool. If you want this to be thicker (more like a pancake syrup) then let it come to a bubble and it'll thicken in just a couple of minutes.

  3. Once cooled, strain through a fine sieve and refrigerate.

To make the Pumpkin Spice Latte:

  1. To a blender, add the coffee, coconut oil, almond milk, syrup.

  2. Blend for 15-20 seconds.

  3. Pour into your favorite mug, sit back, relax and enjoy!
